I ordered an RC Boat from Raidentech.com and it was missing the telescopic antenna for the remote. I have called their "customer service" number aroung 15 times and I have never been able to get through. I have called at several different times during their working hours, not just one call after another. I have sent 4 emails also and they will not reply to my emails either... It has been three days since the last email. I have since researched this company and have discovered that they lowball pricing and send out what must be customer returns from other retailers that they probably buy as "incomplete" or "returned / not working units" and resell them as new. I found another web site (resellerratings.com) that had 56 reveiws of this company and they all said the same thing.... "That they ordered new products and they got "incomplete" and / or "Used products that were "Missing parts" and / or "were broken when they received the product and they are having a very difficult time in getting these issues resolved. I will continue to pursue this company through the BBB and other websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
