Military Scam

I feel the military should get the money collected that is due to them.

I watch many people leave the 2880 N. Poinciana Area #140 and 142. On the weekends. Including Fridays and Mondays and some holidays. I watch a group of people head out to certain areas. Grocery stores, middle of roads, etc. Rick is their main leader. The two guys that live at location are Shawn Duncan #140. Felix Pichardo in #142. They all dress up in army military wear. They go out and collect change for military. They collect money at locations. Count money at 140's room and disburse it between all of them. IF they make 800.00 a weekend for their pockets. How are they giving money to give to the military? If there are a group, mainly 5-6 people getting 800.00 a weekend, do they give any if little to military? I told the sheriff dept, no one has done anything. Could you please check into it. I know, at one time, Salvation Army makes minimum wage for their ringers at holidays. It used to be anyone could be a ringer, But, I found out many years ago, only people who lived at salvation army could get the job. I know they don't bring home 800.00 a weekend. But, I know they don't take home the profits. I know many people who were vets and didn't do the job any more due, to they didn't feel right. I am just concerned for the military. 2880 n. Poinciana blvd. Kissimmee, fl 34746 140 and 142. 142 Felix Pichardo was never in the military. Other workers non military related worked the job as well. Knights Inn(Kings Inn) hotel.
