Purchased 3 items in early November 2010. only received 2 of the items. Commenced contacting customer support and initially told it was the vendors problems but they would inquire about the missing merchandise. Weeks later and a few more request later they finally gave me a tracking number that says delivered. There is no way to attach that tracking number to my missing merchandise.
I did ask for all 3 tracking numbers for each item but they will not give me that information. Finally sent in a final request and asked for a full refund and haven't heard from them. Bottom line after 3 months of waiting, they stole my merchandise. They do not have a telephone service to call them. You must use email. I will never do business with them again. the site is a scam.

I will defend Quibids in their speed of delivery and in sending new merchandise and have had immediate response from their customer service at 405-253-2038 or on web. BUT, the site has been ruined by a couple of things: (1) free bids and (2) crappy merchandise. Up until about 6 months ago, you could still get good deals on ipods or other merchandise, and $200 gift cards. Now, they sell no gift cards over $50. And they allow "stacking" where one bidder wins 250 bids and uses those 250 to outbid on the next package, so they end up with thousands of bids at a low average price per bid that nobody can win against. Basically, Quibids has been taken over by people with more time and money than brains, so here is no logic, no way to win without overspending. I have basically quit, after enjoying its earlier days. Too bad, because it was fun and I made a profit reselling much of what was won. Now it's true gambling, not for any good deals on anything. Case in point: low value items that give free "games" where you pay big money to win a game chip, which allows you to win back your money. Say whaaaat? STAY AWAY unless you just like to gamble and lose. |
