| 2002 BMW ,took it in for diagnosis 89.00. Then the bait and switch happened. Was told the car was in pieces without authorization and i would have to pay 400.00 then no documented diagnostic was provided and the rush began to 3500.00 and parts charged for but not replaced. The root of the problem was a sensor and was told a transmission control module which it does not have.A powertrain control module was never installed but charged for. Was told it was replaced with a original "remanufactured factory" part . The part cost "shop" was 1100.00 plus and 270.00 was charged. Hmmmmmm sounds too good to be true and it was. The computer was never replaced but it was charged on the final invoice within 200miles ORIGINAL complaint reoccured then was told the computer failed that was replaced failed. During the pick up 2nd time under warranty the part that was provided as the culprit was the computer with the ORIGINAL ONE WITH THE Vehicle identification numbers from the factory. The one that was replaced as a replacement under warranty was not from the dealership as stated but a USED ORIGINAL with the Vehicle identication numbers from the donor vehicle. Not the factory replacement. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!! ART TERRILL AND SU CHONG/SUE CHONG/SUE BLIZARD are working together to do this to people. |

| I had a bad experince happend to me as the complaint that was posted on the 18 of Oct 2011, I took my car in Art Terill told me it needed a new transmission, my car was in the shop for 2 month, he charge me $3, 500 hundred dollars for a transmission 5 days later had to take car back to the shop for same problem as i had to begin with, he said it was something simple called me 3 days letter to pick up my car did not give me any paper work on want was done the 2 time, 2 weeks latter same problem i am so scared to take my car back to him i had to take it to another shop to get it check out to see want Art Terill with Quality Transmission in Fresno did to my car in 3 weeks from the time i pick up my car it has broken down 2 times, He tells you his putting a transmission and is giving you a 5 year warranty or 150, 000 miles but he does not do the work he gets paid and then you have to keep taking your car back over and over again, want ever you do don't go to him, his AAmco company was shut down bye the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they opend Quality transmission unther his wife name Sue Chong or Sue Blizard you can read complaints that people have posted under complaints with Art terill AAmco even the franchised sued him in court in 2011 . He also has a bunch of people that have taken him to small claims and he has not paid them, you can look at all the post want ever you do don't take your car to this people . Art is rude talks down to you ones you take your car in, he makes up things and starts working on your car with out your permission ones he has started he tells you can pick up your car but i would have to pay him $200.00 dollars and he would put the parts of my transmission in the car and i could have my car picked up i never told him to work on my car, but he tells you one thing and does another, .Make sure you don't let this 2 people ripp you off. They well take your money but won't do the work you paid for. |

| Had Quality transmission work on my car, i am in schock of want a terrrible shop and the owners are the most rude people i have ever ment, they charge me over $3000 dollars for a transmission and have taken the car back to them 4 times on the warranty, the car still not working right and they told me to my face not to take my car back to them so know their a breach of contract, they say they do the job but really they don't had to take my car to another shop i was told the job was never done the same codes came out after the transmission was done, Art Terrill owned AAMco and his licensed was revoked, but his wife Sue has the license for Quality transmission, they charge you offer you the 5 year warranty or 100 thousand miles, but you take the car out of their shop you have to keep taking the car back over and over again, be ware of this shop their a rip-off their no good . Know i am out of a lot of money and need my car fix because they did not, their lots of other stories on Art Terrill on the internet his gotten sued lots of times people are looking for him because he does not want to pay, they don't have a hart, this 2 people should be in Jail with all the complaints on them even the Labor commision is after them. Buyer be aware and do your home work before you take your car to them. |
