I'm a professional in a government related position looking for a higher paying job. When I ordered professional-resumes.com I sent them 3 jobs that I was interested in applying for, I sent them my old resume, as well as websites for the position that I currently am in. I got Sandra as my writer, and honestly I think she is the only one there. She kept on calling me while I was at work and on Sundays to "review “my resume. I told her to call me during my lunch break numerous times and she would always call me much later than we scheduled. After playing phone tag for a while I had enough and left the office just to talk to her. She had a 30 min conversation with me about what I need to read, what other services i can purchase from them to increase my chances of getting a job. The only reason why I ordered a professional resume service was because I didn’t want to spend time doing it myself. I wrote her a full page email about my job description because she wouldn’t even go on my company website to research what I do for a living. She COPIED AND PASTED MY OWN WORDS from that email onto the resume sample she sent me!!! I paid her $120 bucks to copy and paste my own words!! I had enough after that and immediately asked for a refund because she clearly was not helping me or saving me any time. She stopped responding to my emails after I asked for a refund. I called customer service & left a vague message to have someone call me back. Ronan did not even bother to call me back; he emailed me saying "I got your voicemail, what's the problem?" After I told him the story (although it appears he already knew) he simply replied that he cannot give me a refund because he was CC'ed on all the emails and Sandra did everything by protocol.. I didn’t even get a finished resume, nor did i get a refund. Customer service does not exist because it’s just 2 people running a scam. |
