They did not mail out my product, yet they did charge me for it. I told them and they mailed out a claim form. I filled out the claim form and have sent it to them 3 times via email, fax and mail, yet they keep telling me they have not received it and cannot replace my product or refund me until they receive the claim form. You would think the phone calls and emails alone would generate a claim on their end, but they leave it up to you so that you get frustrated and let them keep your money while getting no product. Ever since Guthy-Renker took over ProActiv, their lost all customer service. It's like having FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and not really doing anything for their customers that may have an issue or complaint. They leave all the work up to the customer to fix the situation, while all they do is auto-generate emails back to you like this... (see below) They email sounds great, but it is just words... they don't actually do anything about it. If this has happened to you, please remember to DO A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! This is the garbage that is auto-generated as a response email... Thank you for your email. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In order for your claim to be processed with the carrier, we will need you to complete and return a Claim Affidavit Form. This form will be sent by regular mail to the physical address that we have on file. When completed and returned, allows us to process your claim and update your account accurately based on your documented information. Please sign the affidavit form and mail it to the Shipment Recovery Department PO Box 11448 Des Moines, IA 50336-1448 .You may also fax us at (515)284-6745 or e-mail an electronic copy to [email protected]. I am at the start dealing with Proactiv solution . I had a hasle with them on the phone and they sent me a form to mail back to them. I mailed them my statement. And stated that I had asked them to cancel my acct. in Feb. and I should not have received any thing from them. I didn't hear from them for 3 months. Then my credit card was billed over $99.00. For what I don't know. I did check with my credit card comp. and told them the story and I believe I don't own them any thing for anything I didn't receive or ordered since I had canceled my acct. in Feb. 2014. I hope I will not have the trouble the other writers have written.
I am sorry to hear this is a Scam. Of course the product didn't work as they promised anyway. Which is why I didn't want any more sent to me. and canceled my acct. Also I tried several times to use the e-mail address but got the message it couldn't be found. [email protected]
