PriveCo Bachelorette.com RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO REFUND even after I sent it back!! Troy, Internet

I ordered some items for my best friend's bachelorette party (I'm the Maid of Honor) that's coming up next month, including three tank tops that said, "Bride, Maid of Honor, and Bridesmaid." I received the items in a reasonable amount of time, and checked the box to make sure everything was there. However, about a week later I decided to take out one of the tank tops (which were only sold in a Large size, so I figured they would be PLENTY big enough) and held it up and it was ridiculously small! I was irritated, as they had been advertised to be a large enough size to fit everyone. My friends and I are not big girls, but these were definitely not going to fit us. I went to the USPS and shipped the tanks back on April 19th (about a week before the 30 days since it was ordered), figuring there would be no issue, as it was well within the 30 days, and nowhere on the website does it state it must be received in 30 days. Most places, seeing that it was sent out within plenty of time, would have no issue whatsoever with this. Eight days have gone by and I haven't heard a word (that's after TWO e-mails to Bachelorette.com). I called Customer Service this morning and spoke with the rudest man I have ever spoken to. He informed me that they have nothing in the system that says it's been received, and although that doesn't mean it isn't there, he doesn't have a record of it...what!? How is that acceptable? He then proceeded to question me rudely about why I waited so long to send back the tanks. I calmly explained the situation to him (I had no reason to open them until it has been getting closer to the bachelorette and I wanted to make sure everything was in order). There should be NO questions as to why I waited however many days to return the tanks if it's within the 30 days! Privacy, I think not. In addition, he treated me very rudely, stating that because I didn't get a tracking number, he has no way of knowing where the tanks are and until they get them, we weren't even going to discuss a refund. I am completely and utterly taken aback by this horrible situation. These three tanks cost be around $60, and I am a younger person and money is tight. I was trying to do something nice for my friend, and it's turning into my loosing out on a lot of money I don't have. I am not dropping this situation by any means; I followed PriveCo's return rules and this is what I get! I will get my money back but I DO NOT appreciate the hassle and rudeness of the customer service representatives. I would not order from this company ever again.
