| This contractor Sal Escalante came to my house to bid an electrical addition to my house. He had a pretty good price so I hired him to do a job, gave him half of the money up front. This was a big mistake because I couldn't get back in touch with him for over a month although he was supposed to start 2 days after I hired him. After I finally reached him he had a thousand excuses and refused to give my money back. Feeling like I had no choice I had him come out a couple of days later to start the job. It was obvious that he didn't really know what he was doing. After a few hours on the job with his crew of "gangsters" that he brought to help him with the work I couldn't take it any longer and fired him. He refused to give my money backand left the electrical panel in my house in shambles. I didn't have elctricity for days until I had to hire a real contractor to come do the work. He was a nightmare. Whatever you do STAY CLEAR OF Sal with Primo Construction!!!!! |

| I live in live in Pacoima too and this guy did the same thing to me except he was supposed to reroof my house. Horrible experience with Primo Construction. If he comes to your door slamm it in his face. |

I've read this same complaint on another website and it's exactly the same just the same person trying to defame my company's reputation and or a fraudulent person.
After reading the complaint by, I immediately had to correct this because my company's reputation will not be defamed by anyone or by this website. Primo Construction Services has been in business since 1978 and throughout that time not one complaint of this degree or any other has been neglected but rather corrected and or amended to the satisfaction of the hiring company and or individual, whether it be residential or commercial, large scale or small scale projects, all work done by my company has been to the up most detail oriented, superior quality, consumer collaborated, and legally executed. If ever I had a complaint by a consumer I personally rectified it and insured that the consumer was satisfied to the fullest extent. It comes as a surprise to me that the author of this posting alleges to call me various times and not once leave me a voice mail and or send me a certified letter expressing his concern and or if he had my business's address why would he not stop by to voice his complaint? But given that this website is free to anyone to raise a complaint is understandable and the intentions are valid, but I as the owner will not sit back and let some coward con artist defame a viable and reputable company. That is why I Salvador Escalante as the owner of Primo Construction Services am voicing my rebuttal against such false, coward like, and defamatory allegations. My company has plenty of references and solid job completions through out the state of California and Washington, which reflect superior workmanship and an outstanding reputation that speaks for itself. If you are a prospective client feel free to contact me directly for local references and a free estimate, I am fully bonded, insured, and licensed.
Regarding "[email protected]" comment, I tried emailing this person and its a fake email address which only makes his or her defamatory complaint invalid and down right slander to the highest degree. It's unfortunate that I couldn't email this person to gather more information and understand who exactly posed as my company to re-roof his house. I have contacted my local detective's office and filed a report along with other contractors who have had their companies put in the same situation by using phony business cards and using license numbers on the cards to conduct fraudulent business.
