Aiseesoft.com Alva Jones Online Software Scam Internet |

Beware! I was looking to convert my old dvds to Ipad format, and Aiseesoft.com popped up on Google. I did a little research and thought I was purchasing from a reputable company. However, I was wrong. I mistakenly purchased the wrong products due to Aiseesoft's misleading product information. I finally purchased the right product from their site, and requested a refund for the wrong products. Aiseesoft refused to provide a refund. Additionally, this company misrepresents their products and services on the Internet. For instance, they promise 24/7 customer support. However, I have documented proof that Aiseesoft.com does not respond to emails. I had a question about the product and sent an email to [email protected] in accordance with their website instructions. I didn't get a response to my email until several days later when I sent another message to [email protected] asking for help. This company does not list any names or phone numbers, but my research has shown that this company may be based in China (registered in the US, Dallas TX). A name associated with Aiseesoft.com is Alva Jones and the number is 86 134 667 9823. This company takes advantage of consumers and does not honor the refund policy as stated on their website or provide the customer support as advertised. I caution anyone from purchasing any products from this company. |

So far I've found the opposite (though I haven't requested a refund), I contacted their customer support regarding a technical query about the product I'd purchased and received a reply the following day, I was pleasantly surprised as most companies don't reply that quickly. Their web site although featuring almost every combination of their products under the sun did at least for me clearly list which features came with which product, for example, for only $5 more you do get quite a few additional features, but it at least give the consumer the ability to decide exactly what they want to pay for. I'll also note that I found competing companies web site more confusing when researching exactly the features I required. |

I had the identical experience to Bestday. I even sent them a screen shot of the "100% Moneyback Guarantee" logo on their web site, but they refused to issue the refund. |
