| Prime Legal Plans, dba American Legal Plans, dba Freedom Legal Plans dba Reaching U Network is a scam. My wife and I started one of their monthly obligation programs less than a year ago. Since then, they conformed from Freedom Legal Plans (go ahead and look up their scam reports) to Reaching U Network (a false 501c3 that the group was using as a supposed non for profit organization) to American Legal Plans (more scams) and now Prime Legal Plans. This major scam is that they ask you and your family to provide them with information online, and that they will help mediate and modify your mortgage, but need to do an audit and analysis of your financial and mortgage information, and cannot continue the consultation without the banking information. Prime Legal Plans is not operating in Wilmington, Delaware as they are probably filed as a Delaware corporation to hide their scam. My wife and I did a look up on www.SunBiz.org to find out where these con artists are located, so if you would like to find out where they are conducting fraud, go ahead and look up Prime Legal Plans, American Legal Plans, Freedom Legal Plans, and Reaching U Network. Since we started we have had 3 different reps, and 7 or 8 different number changes. To keep the scam alive, there is always someone picking up the phone. If you are not hiding anything, why do you need to change your numbers and websites and company name so many times in a year? The facts are that my wife and I found out that Prime Legal Plans and Freedom Legal Plans Scam is a boiler room operation out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Although they keep changing names, the fact is that they are ripping families off on a day to day basis and it is surprising they still can operate and do business. After Freedom Legal Plans and Reaching U Network dba Prime Legal Plans "The 110% Scam", contacted us, they explained they were non for profit, but still needed banking information for the attorney. A ParaLegal called us, and explained the attorney was not available, and we spoke for 20 minutes. We still have not spoken to an attorney, and have paid for months upon months. My advice to an family out there like ourselves, do not get involved with Prime Legal Plans. They are a dishonest company and group of fraudulent companies, that is hurting thousands of Americans and should be shut down. This is another mortgage modification group that is utilizing many fingers of fraud to get money. Stay away from Prime Legal Plans, and do not give them the opportunity to steal your money. |

| Well i am glad someone got help through them because i paid 1795.00 for the to help me and we had a sell date on our home and hired them almost 2 moths before the sell date and the attorney they put us with litvin law sent us the paper work about a week before our sell date we email they info back and faxed it then 4 days before out sell date they called and said they could not help us now its been over a week and we still have not received our money back i had to pay another 2000.00 to another attorney i have called and spoke with 6 different people and still got know where been told by 4 different people they would call back and no call back so good luck i hope they help you because they sure did not help us only hurt us worse and i have filed a formal complaint with the bbb and the attorney general's office and the legal board. |

| we also were scammed! this is another scheme to convince homeowners to put up money, that we don't even have for help that never happens, and a lot of paperwork! these people are holding a major scam, and need to be shut down from operations. prime legal plans, freedom legal plans, american legal plans... how does the law allow them to keep changing names and fake foundations, such as the reaching u network, which doesn't even have a proper license to conduct humanitarian business. prime legal plans needs shut down immediately. i am in for any government complaints. |

They are full of crap and they are about to get sued themselves.
The statement made by "ISaveHomes" apparently works for them.
I cancelled service with them and they still took money out of our bank account.
I will not stop until everybody in america and beyond is informed about these crooks. |

They (Prime Legal Plans) perform(s) a bunch of crap that just prolongs the processes.
Luckily we went to a "NACA" (real free help for struggling homeowners) seminar and found out that no lawyer or any type of legal team can help fight against a mortgage company.
You have to talk directly to who OWNS (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.) the mortgage, not the SERVICER (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) of the mortgage.
They were not EVEN listed as an authorized third party on my mortgage account and I sent them an authorization form to do so.
And no matter what you tell them you are doing on your own, they try to make you fell like you will not sUcceed without their BullSht assistance
These scammers need to go down and I will definitely help. |

| Thank you all for these postings I was almost scammed out of money from these people. Lord knows we have had a rough time lately with being unemployed and now to have almost waste thousands of dollars would have just crushed me! |
