This will be brief, but these two school administrators decided they did not want me in a school where I had been hired, and obtained tenure. They spent over three years harrassing me, tormenting me, following me, abusing the fact I had a medical condition, lying about me to community, interrogating others about me, watching me on camera- in general, making my life as an educator miserable. I have stacks of papers proving this harassment as well as the fact they photographed me and set me up in situations where they tried to turn staff against me. I am not the only person this happened to, but in essence, I was put on leave with pay for two years and my career was taken from me bit by bit. First my job given away, then lies spread, then my room taken, then classes, and of course making me move from one end of a building to another with a hip that needed replacing. It is hard to go from a team player and well respected educator by many to a person who had charges filed against them for moral terpitude as well as an attempt to take my license. I have one year before I could retire with 20 and a good pension and they have ruined this for me. I am also a certified administrator. Now the principal is leaving for a job in the Carolinas and the Superintendent probably won't be renewed. I would love to return as an administrator or teacher as I miss my job. There are multiple lawsuits against the school and the administrators and over half the staff left on their own or had to in just five years ; essentially these self centered men ruined a good school just to get money for themselves.
