My husband and I attended a 90 minute presentation for a vacation getaway package/timeshare type of program. We decided not to purchase, but for our time, received certificates to mail into a compnay called Premium Incentives / Fly America. By following the restrictive instructions, we would receive 2 adult certificates for tickets to fly out of and into specific cities within the continental United States. We followed all the instructions, including sending our initial $7.95 Processing Fee, and our $75.00 each (total $150.00) money orders in order to receive the Reservation Request Form, along with "clear readable copy of passenger(s) valid driver's license" to Premium Incentives attention Fly America Reservation Request Department, 4514 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Suite #340, Atlanta, GA 30338. We have not heard from a representative of the company since, and I cannot locate Premium Incentives on the internet. We followed all the instructions within the prescribed timeframes. Step 4: of the last instructions indicate a representative of Premium Incentives will contact su via U.S. mail, telephone, and/or email approximately 45 to 60 days in advance of our requested travel date. We have not heard from anyone yet and our travel date is approaching. Please help. |

Hi David and Berna,
I had so much faith in this company. we sent in our informatioin as well. i kept incontact with them. But soon found out they are just rip off artist.
They use your money to gain interest while putting you off. I am talking to a attorney about getting a class action law suit so that even though we didnt get our tickets we will be able to at least get the interest that they made on our money back as well as be paid for the time we were at the presentation and any other fees they charged us.
Good luck, hopefully if we get the law suit going all will be contacted that were offered tickets and sent in money. I think that is a open records request.
This will not be resolved in a couple of months but hopefully down the road we will be compensated. |

If there is anyone else out there that has been scammed by Fly America or Premium Incentives please contact me or respond to this message. i have talked to an attorney and if we get enough people with complaints againts this company we can get a class action law suit going. we may not get rich but we will get our money plus interest and possible more from these scum bags that are using our money to finance their busness. I hate it when companies already know what they want to do by scamming innocent people that trust them. |

My husband and I have not received our plane tickets from the Premium Incentives Group either. Our travel date is approaching and we are now realizing it must be a scam. We would like to get out $150.00 plus the $7.95 that we sent in to this group. Can anyone help us?? DiaWalt |

I'm in the process of being cheated right now. My 'free cruise' I found out is going to be $400 a person now...I haven't even received the info on the airline tickets that I already sent them $150 for. I'm all for a class action suit. I'm emailing you now. I've also got all the documentation from my 'conversations' with them via email and the original mailing I received (that made me call the number and go to the presentation in the first place) as well. |

Same here in The Colony, TX we have been taken for a ride of no return. we did the presentation November 7, 2011. Sent our money in for both the cruise and plane tickets plus filing fees. All total $257.95 and received a reservation request form for both. We mail in the reservation request form on Nov. 22, 2011. We never heard anything back from this company (Premium Incentives Group). My wife and I decided to cancel and follow there cancellation procedures. We sent in the written notice as requested and mailed US Postal certified March 16th and was received by Premium Incentives Group on March 19th. To this day we still have not heard anything from this company. I feel we want hear from them on refunding. My wife and I would like to be a part of the class action law suite. Where do we sign up, companies like this need to be put out of business. The companies that partner up with these companies need to be put out of business also. |

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones! I got scammed by there "cruise giveaway" They tell you it's free at the presentation, but when you receive the registration form, nowhere on there does it say "FREE" as promised. We went though the whole process, when it came time to get our travel documents, turns out the "free" cruise was going to cost 686.00 per person! I could book it myself for that!! I followed the refund instructions to a T an finally got my $100 deposit back. I didn't however get my $19.95 registration fee back. Just goes to show, nothing is free. |

I have also been scammed. I did the presentation and was given the same free vacation / fly vouchers. I have sent all my fees and followed all the procedures and have not heard a word from them. I will be glad to join in a class action lawsuit. My email is [email protected] |

I have been working on getting my airline tickets and have had a problem with all the rules that they set forth about when you can flr. I too would be happy to join any lawsuit. [email protected] |
