I was scam by premiere properties and mangement company with $500.00, Holly Dalton pocket the money herself and she up to this day not return one single phone call and one lie after another lie. back in 8/25/2011 Holly Dalton from premier properties and mangement took my $500.00 deposit with a promise to have the townhouse ready located at 1495 madison Ridge Unit F ,COlorado Springs, COlorado 80904 moving date was on the 3rd ,place was not ready holly dalton did not disclose that there were people living underneath us in the basement and I have all texts from her indicating she was aware of this people living downthere Place was not ready and i have to pay hotels unti the place was ready. premiere proties and management did not have the place ready and lie about people living ina basement where there was noise and more carpets were not clean or ready for us to move in the place. we have to pay extra money to way for the place $500 deposit was giving to her to hold the place. Which up to this day she has not refunded returns calls and keeps giving me the round around. 3 weeks and still not a resolution on my deposit This person should not be doing real state with any company and Iwill follow up to make sure nobody gets scam she gives you lie after lies and she said email was sent to me but never got he emails 3 weeks going to 4 week and still she has not giving me my refund back Lie after lie and the owners are not even aware of the scam this lady is running she pocket the $500 deposit to herself. by law you have to disclose the owners information im taking action after i finish this report i dont want any other people geting scam by Premier proteries and mangement I will file a consumer report, court and do everything cause i know my rights she will make you belive she will help you this company will take all your money and not give you anything back
