PNC Bank Kent Keller Over Draft Fee scam Buffalo Grove, Illinois

In March 2011 I opened an account for my daughter at PNC the same bank I use. In setting up the account they some how linked her account to mine. So the first time I paid my bills online I logged into my account and paid the bills but some how the money came out of my daughters account, which caused a multi overdraft fee charge. I discovered this when my daughter went to the store and her debt card was turned down. After taking care of my daughters issue, I called the bank to find out what had happened. On the phone they told me i could De-link the accounts and go to the branch manager to reverse the charges. So that's what we did they told me the account were fixed so this would not happen again, and I went to the bank to have the overdrafts reversed. This is when i first dealt with Kent Keller the branch manager. To make a long story short he did reverse the charges with my repeated requests and i now believed the problem was solved. Well I go to pay bills the next month and the same thing happens. So I call and ask them why this wasn't fixed and cold they please fix it. I went into the bank and Mr. Keller treated me like i was stupid and refused to reverse any of the new overdrafts. It is my opinion that they should of fixed it the first time and when it happened the second time PNC should of reversed the overdrafts. I now have accounts that are under water and I refuse to bring in any money until they fix there problem. The bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
