Company ID: 100045142 PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM is run by dishonest people who will tell you anything to get your money. We ordered a remote controlled light switch made by HEATH-ZENITH (WC-6021-IV Remote Light Set) from PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM. The ad said it would “add a switch to any system.” When we received the switchand read the directions we found that not only would it only add a switch to a 3 wire system, it would not work for fluorescent bulbs. This is not mentionedon the outside of the package or in the PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM advertisement. We think the HEATH-ZENITH company is partially guilty for this because they apparently misrepresent all their products in ads. We phoned them and got bullshitted to death. And they do not respond to emails within their own website. YAHOO Yelp lists their products as “garbage.” So we explained this misleading advertising by email to PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM and received a return authorization that told us we would get a full refund plus cost to ship it back to them. So we wasted half a day wrapping it up and shagging it to FEDEX and paid to send it back. When we finally saw the amount refunded to our credit card by PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM, we were appalled – the amount was less than half of what we had spent in total. And when we tried to phone PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM to get an explanation for this, we waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and then we gave up. This was NOT a toll free call. So we emailed asking for an explanation. We got a snippy reply back from ROSALINDA that gave us the Alice in Wonderland tour through the business ripoff routine. So we complained to the Better Business Bureau that covers Riverside, California. The BBB contacted them, as they have for many PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM customers who have been cheated by them. And this is the reply some wiseguy gave: “Our customer received the item as described and a standard return was processed (20% restocking and shippin fees, as agreed to by customer). We have stepped outside our policy and haveissued our customer a full refund for this item.” We agreed to no such thing and was never exposed to their small print. They still owe us shipping costs PLUS THE COST OF OUR TIME SPENT DICKING AROUND WITH THEM. They were not entitled to any “fees” -- due to the fact they fraudulently advertised the item. The law never justifies a merchant who misrepresents a product and then tries to scam its customers for its own dishonest acts. TIMMY JACKSON, one of the head crooks at PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM, advertises himself as a lawyer and member of the California Bar. He should know better. It is obvious TIMMY JACKSON is one of those ghouls who studied the law so he could screw around with it and cheat people. PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM is an outlaw business that will lie to you and chisel you until you give up complaining. We are not surprised they make you pay long distance fees for calling them. Thye copied this methof od discouraging complainst from Southwest Airlines, which does the same and then brags how they have low complaint numbers. You can bet the socalled “Customer testimonials” on their website that speak glowingly of these chiselers are either fake or very well culled. PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM lies and tries to operates outside consumer protection laws, which prevent dishonest businesses such as theirs from profiting by selling mislabled and dishonestly advertised merchandise. Shop elsewhere. PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM will simply cause you headaches and they will try to rob you

We waited over 4 months for a backordered Pegasus corner vanity. It finally arrived with undamaged packaging and was well packed. Upon unpacking at the job we discovered the granite top cracked. It clearly looks like it was shipped from the factory (China) that way. After about 6 attempts over 4 weeks to get PS to help with the issue we were told that because we signed for the item there was nothing they would do for us. Their overall service in this experience has been awful. They will not get any more business from me.
Buyer beware. Pray your order is in stock and arrives undamaged.
