2 cleaning people came over- one didnt speak english, I showed them what needed to be done-floors, 2 bathrooms, refridge. I walked in the kitchen to find one lady with her cell in her hand (about to use her time making a call) she quickly put it down. The lady that did the bathroom-did such a poor job there was still dirt on the shower doors, rust still on the silver part and dirt still on the outer part of the tub- she completely missed the inside of the toilet and the floor around the toilet not touched. (maybe she was napping?) After they left I realized, my shower door was BROKEN the doors do not slide it seems she must have bent the wheels on top where the track is and did not say a word (granted she didnt speak English but she could have pointed it out) Also they did not even clean the other bathroom- hair was still on the floor AND they didnt clean the dining room floor. I have no idea what they were doing! My place is SMALL! I did not know I needed to watch them work. Either this is their first cleaning job or they dont like what they do. Their add is so misleading as is their description- stating they even clean baseboards- that would be false advertising considering they didnt even clean the floors I doubt they would take time to clean the baseboards. The owner Angela, simply emailed me get a refund from Groupon(the coupon stated 3 hours of cleaning but when they got here they said you get 1 1/2 hours since there are 2 of us)-rather then to send someone over to look at what was NOT done. She did not comment on the photos I sent her. This is a new business to San Diego with all their competition I have a feeling they will not be in business very much longer.
