My fiance's car was repossessed by these a**holes last night at 9:30 p.m. They did not send a "Rights of Defaulting Buyer under the Installments Sales Act of our State, nor did they notify the local Police,the tow truck driver had no repossession paperwork & stated that he did not have to show it anyways. They told her the "Pay-Off" is almost $4000 but she only has $1250.00 left on the loan after paying the cost and fees to get the vehicle back. They stated to her that she needed to pay $1700.00 to get her car back but in the end it was six staight hours of B/S and her being told that a manager had to approve for her to get her car back. They made her do a conference call with the bank to make sure that the last payment- which they already cashed 10 days ago- would clear, pay the $1700.00, wait 3 1/2 hours after the conference call, and her calling back to see if it was released yet to be told that it had been for an hour but that the manager put a call restriction on her account so they couldn't call her to let her know it was released that they had to wait for her to call them back. When we went to pick it up she got no reciept, no inventory of itemization, no reports or paper on condition brought in or released. Also the place the vehicle was brought to was not the same people who picked it up. This "reputable" company is nothing more than a cover for embezzlement and stealing from the hard working people of our country. I talked to a lawyer and am looking at avenues to take against these "reputable" people. I would never recommend anyone to use these people for financing a vehicle, they are Swindlers, scammers, rip offs, thiefs, etc... Need I say more!?
