Planet Digital and David Beatriz fails to fulfill client projects; defrauds sub-contractors and employees for time and services; sociopath Orlando, F

I had business dealings with David Beatriz and Planet Digital for a few years. I came to know and care about several of the employees at Planet Digital as well. Planet Digital, when staffed with employees, tends to be a team of professionals who want to do good work but who are limited by the poor leadership and professional and personal failings of the owner of the company. Otherwise, Planet Digital is no more and never any better than David Beatriz. Over the few years I knew him, David Beatriz: ...lied to his employees.
...used employees' time and services without honoring his commitments to pay them.
...used sub-contractors' time and services without honoring his commitments to
pay them.
...used vendors' services without honoring his commitments to pay them.
...would craft creative and narcissistic stories and excuses for why he would refuse to pay employees, sub-contractors and vendors.
...failed to fulfill clients' expectations.
...failed to honor commitments to clients.
...failed to produce results.
...lied to clients.
...directed employees to lie to clients.
...frequently blamed most everyone around him for his own failings.
...lied to me and others straight to our faces with a smile on his face. I'm no psychologist, but I found this definition of a "sociopath" online...
