Nov 2009,my late employer purchased for me, what was listed as a authentic hermes blue jean togo kelly, from plane janes luxury boutique,on malleries.com.
My late employer, would often purchase items for me, using her cc,and was protected in this way.In over a year, she had purchased nearly $15000 worth of items, from plane janes, for me.
The reseller(janet reid) plane jane, came across as one of the nicest resellers, a really lovely lady, who went out of her way, during theses sales.I recommended her on effen haute,as a great reseller, for getting me my dream bag.
The blue jean kelly was put up for sale on ebay in sept 2010,but deemed fake on the purse forum, and by other people.
As more than one person had said it was fake,i contacted janet reid, and explained who i was.Janet reid looked at the listing, but could see nothing wrong with the listing compared to other kellys. She also said as she had not sold the bag to me,and a long time had passed, the bag could have been switched, and as she had sold the bag to my late employer, the sale was between the two.
My late employers next of kin contacted janet,to asure her of who they were, and asked for a refund on the fake bag. I asked her to compare the photos of the bag. with her own listed on malleries.com.The fake date stamp, had not changed, all marking were the same. The bag had not left my late employers house,as i lived there too.I said i would arrange for the bag to be returned to her,but she refused to except it.Saying she would refuse the bag,as although i would mark it as returned goods, the customs would be too high. I asked her where she had bought the bag,she stated from a very wealth lady, who she had purchased a number of items from and none had been deemed fake.I asked which hermes was it bought from, she did not know.
Janet said the bag had been into hermes las vegas ,where the sa has said it was real,i asked if she had a receipt. She said no.She told me to put the bag into a small resellers, and sell it that way.I told her,i could not do that,as the fingers had been pointed as fake.
I told her it would go into hermes, and gave her all the details of the sa and store. The sa said she though the bag was fake, and so did everyone there,to send it to paris was a waste of money, and there would be a extra cost 140.once the bag was in hermes, janet then said as she had now not seen the bag,she could not determine,if it was indeed hers,as hermes would destroy the bag.Lucky hermes now don't destroy bags, but send them back,so its here.
It took a while for paris to return the bag,but it came back with a letter, from hermes paris as fake in oct.THe bag cost $5000 with $200 shipping.Janet kept in contact up till the time, hermes had said the bag was fake.she then said she would contact her lawyer, and then never responded again .my late employer's next of kin, have sent janet reid,a copy of the hermes letter.I know people do switch bags, but this is clearly stamped, and pictures of the bag,are the same from day 1 till now,she can have it back. With all the custom she has had,its very sad,she choose, not to come to a arrangement with payment ,over this matter. As i saw her,as one of the best resellers on the web. The bag is 100% fake , and was purchased from her,its never been, in other people company to be switched, and very unlikely some one would come into the country side and switch it ,with a copy with the same date stamps.Janet was sold a fake bag! unknowing, and as she thought, their was nothing wrong with it ,compared to others, she clearly isn't well versed in hermes,as she is with other brands.others spotted straight away it was fake. Its sad that custom counts for nothing.

I recently purchased a jade necklace from Mallerie-Fehrman collection, it turns out to be plastic beads, when i contacted the couple, they both denied it is not authentic.
I told them I know jade well and i even scratched it with a swiss stainless steel knife and the material comes off like powder(jade is stronger than stainless steel and cannot be scratched).
Then they said this is home grown test and they have geminologist certifying it is jade, so i asked to see a copy, then they said no need since you returned the item.
I am telling you, this is BS, here is the link to the plastic beads

This couple should be thrown out of Malleries, |

This is terrible, they look too uniform to be natural, back in old days, they made plastic beads, celluloid beads, women used to walk around with a bottle of nail polish remover to remove color dye on surface of jade. |
