On February 24th I bought the Pinock Usa massager for my back at the price of $42.60. When I got the massager home it did not work . We put a new batter in in and it still didn't work . On March 1st I talked to Rosey at pinock Usa about my problem and she said to put the massager into a box and return it to be repaired. I mailed the broken massager to her on March 4th, 2011. I sent it with a signature conformation to make sure they received the package. on march 22 I called the office of Pinock Usa and talked to Rosey. She said she did not receive the package nor did she receive a notice that a package was delivered. I then went to our office in Auburndale Florida and was told that they tired to delver the package and left a note for the people to pick the package up at the post office. I Called Pinnock USA back and got Rosey again. This is when the run around began. She claimed that when the package was returned to me that I had to send it back regular mail because sometimes there wasn't anyone there to pick up the packages so when I got the package send it back to her regular mail not requiring a signature. On the 23rd rd I asked Rosey to go check and see if my package was at the post office. March 24th Rosey claimed that there was no package with my name at the post office even though I had given her a tracking number and also no notice from the post office. I then called the Turkey Lake Post office and talked to Hernando and he said the Post Office had my package and that they had left notice at Pinock Usa that they had a package to pick up but still Pinock did not pick up the package or acknowledge that the post office notified them that there was a package. I was flat our lied to by Rosey at Pinock USA and I guess my massager will never be repaired by them. It is a pretty good scam they have going pretending that the Post Office is not notifying them of any packages or of them claiming to go to the Post office and pick up my massager when it was there all the time and they insisted it wasn't. Guess I will have to wait for the Post Office to return my useless massager. I also didn't appreciate the extra postage I had to pay for a piece of equipment they never intended to fix.
