Do NOT ever order through this company! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered a RUSH order (states as 2-3 weeks for delivery) in mid September of 2010. A month later nothing.. I call in and a lady tells me they need to conduct "quality assurance" before they send it out. Another week later (5 weeks now after ordering) nothing - still "quality assurance" crap. I tell her that she cannot tell me that they take a look at the wig for longer than 3 mins at most, then she hangs up on me! (Amber is this lady's name). I finally get another person on the line "Tracy": she seems a lot nicer and more helpful, tells me there was a fire in the production facility and that my wig will be shipped next Tuesday. However, I find out that they have used this fire excuse numerous times! Long story short: I have been told COUNTLESS times that my wig will be shipped "next Tuesday, next Friday.." bla bla bla! I was then absolutely 100% positively GUARANTEED that it would be shipped December 10th (that is 3 MONTHS after I placed the RUSH order!!). December 10th came and went...NOTHING. I demanded my money back and to cancel this order. They claim that they are unable to process anything until they hear back from the production team (which they are unable to reach by phone...what kind of company is this!?). 2 weeks later still NO answer from the production side... I went on vacation and receive an email that my wig will be shipped on December 23rd. I wanted to CANCEL and get my money back, now they tell me my wig will be shipped. But surprise surprise...NOTHING AGAIN!!!

I am sick of this company! I ordered another wig that was GUARANTEED to ship within 24 hours - it took them over a week to ship it! When I got it I was completely disappointed - horrible quality!

All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! To this day I have not received my RUSH order that I placed in September (it is now end of December) and the stuff they do ship is crap. Something is definitely wrong with this company!
