Merchant Service Center Stole Money From My Account Copley, Ohio

I e-mailed Merchant Service Center at the end of February 2011 because I wanted to cancel my account and the contract I had gave no address in the cancellation category. Even though the response from the e-mail said they would respond in 24 hours, they did not respond. I finally located the information I needed on my own and sent a cerified letter to them. Account was cancelled per my request on the 8th of March. However, on the 30th of March, Merchant Service Center Stole 129.00 from my bank account. I called MSC and requested this money back. They told me these funds were a PCI fee for my previous year with them. I located my old statement which stated these PCI compliance fees would be taken out annually "for the balance of your account" with MCS. this proved they were being dishonest about taking this fee from me. I was told they would put in my request for a refund. But, there was no guarantee they would give me my funds back. I then sent a certified letter requesting my money back. Merchant Service Center refused my letter. I then called them again. They tried the same lie that this money was for my previous year. When I read the statement to the representative, he told me to e-mail the department that handles this area. I e-mailed this department and even though all necessary information was provided, they asked me for my merchant number. I gave this to them again and never heard from them again. I gave Merchant Service Center till the 30th of November to return the money stolen from my account or I would seek legal action. I am guessing they do not believe me. WRONG! SEE YOU IN COURT MERCHANT SERVICE CENTER!
