I ordered a custom full lace wig April 22, 2011. I have always ordered stock wigs from Pink Lace Wigs and have always recieved my product and very good quality hair. I have been a customer since 2009 and now it is 2011 and I have had the hardest time with this company on getting my product from them and they have already collected my money $400 on my credit card and I have not yet recieved my custom order it is now 6 months later and no custom order full lace wig. This company has really gone down hill, there are so many complaints out there against Pink Lace Wigs. I'm not sure who is managing the company but they have not really responded to any complaints and have not tried to even contact me via telephone to explain what has happened to my order I have been contacting them everyday and have been told via chat line your order is batch 27 and it will be shipped this Friday and that Friday and still no wig. I ordered in April that it passed the 120 day mark for my bank to refund my money. I need to know what I need to do to get my money back because there is no definite answers with these people they are all lying about the orders they are having issues with there production department mostly all there stock wigs are OUT OF STOCK this is crazy. BUYER BEWARE do not order anything from PINK LACE WIGS I have not recieved my order and no real explanation from anyone. I will try and pursue legal matters and see how I can recup my money.
