We got them to the vet and he confirmed they had an URI (upper respiratory infection). We received some medication for it and they talked us into signing up for their 'welness plan'. When we went to check out the initial bill was well over $300 for each cat. Are you kidding me? $300 for 2 minutes with the doctor who listened to their lungs and stuck a thermomator up their butt. There was stuff on there that wasn't even done like a fecal sample or blood work. At no point was blood ever drawn. We got our rx and follow up appointment and left.

We came back the following week and low and behold they completely lost the appointment for one of our cats and all his vaccine records. We went through the exam and luckily they are doing better.

I will NEVER use Banfield again and will possibly be suing them to get out of my wellness contract with them. They are a complete joke and lie and cheat and convince people to sign up for their bogus plans so they can make money.

DO NOT USE BANFIELD!!!
