| Unqualified orthodontist under this company ruined my smile. |

| October 2004, I found a great Orthodontist who really took care of me. In the middle of my treatment in 2006, he retired and sold his business to a franchise orthodontic care by the name of Pickron Orthodontics. I was immediately transferred in 2006 to a specialist, who wasn't seasoned in the business for such a strong case. I had a huge overbite, my wisdom teeth pulled and 4 additional teeth extracted to correct the bite. The new orthodontist, Dr. Lofters, pushed my teeth so far back into my mouth, I developed almost an under-bite and he sawed down my teeth. After complaining and refusing to allow them to remove the braces, the franchise owner, Robert Pickron gladly transferred me to a well seasoned orthodontist by the name of William Farrar. Under some disclaimer, he basically was directed to patch her up and send her on her way. He completed the corrective bite and pulled my teeth forward to where they didn't look as abnormal. The braces were removed and I was semi-happy. I developed a very bad lisp and had to see a speech specialist. He advised that I must expand my pallet to widen my mouth for speech reasons and facial profile corrections. For the past 3 years, I've been widened my pallet, but my teeth have re-shifted to a new alignment. My teeth are still straight, but they now have spacing in the front and lower 8. I'm still under the care of the orthodontist, Dr. Farrar. I've asked to go back into braces and he said that will only make the spacing worse, so he's advised that I wear my retainer. I'm really dissatisfied with my teeth, speak and my profile. I have to very careful when I speak, because I continuously spit as I speak. My teeth are still too far back and my profile isn't attractive. I've even consulted with Dr. Pickron, who basically told me, I paid Dr. Ouelette not him and to take my issue up with him and Dr. Farrar. Dr. Lofters was employed under the care Pickron Orthodontics, so I'm holding Dr. Lofters and Pickron Orthodontics fully responsible. Dr. Pickron wants me to pay him in full to apply the braces on again. |

| I agree with Carrie. Extraction orthodontic will destroy faces and force patients into a life of physical pain and dysfunction that haunts their life. To see this done to a young innocent child is heart wrenching. It is criminal. |
