I made deposits at slot nuts online casino and received bonuses. On October 16, 2011 I actually reached and then exceeded the play through requirements on the bonus I received. I live chatted with an agent to verify this and then was given steps to request my money. I downloaded and printed their faxback form, made copies of front/backs of credit cards used, copied front/back of driver's license and included a copy of a utility bill to verify my address. The faxback form said I could fax all the documents to their fax number. I spent $10 making copies and faxing the info, only to learn by talking to agent over the phone that their fax machine was broken and I would have to email the documents. I got with live agent via chat, emailed the documents, received verification on them and then was told to wait 48-72 hours for my withdrawal to be approved and then 7-10 business days to receive the money by direct deposit. I have chatted or talked with them by phone everyday since then(saving the chats in a folder on my computer) and have received the same excuses concerning my withdrawal: large number of requests causing delay or new withdrawal methods, and they always assure me they are forwarding my concerns to the accounting management and I will receive email within a few days but I have received no emails, no updates and no money. I have the screen shot saved on my computer showing the withdrawal request amount, method, date, and time..as well as all the live chats that read like copy and pasted scripts no matter what I ask. I made deposits to this casino in good faith, but am being scammed out of $900; I have posted a complaint to two gambling sites but they always close my complaint because slot nuts will not respond. Someone please help me and give me some steps to take against this casino to make them pay and to prove they are scamming people like me. |

to user898885 I went thru the same thing with Real Vegas Online but thats another story. Let me tell you about thier sister Casino PlentyJackpots. I was over 3, 230.00 dollars and had over $50.00 in comps. I was coming over half way thru the playthrough. In the past I had a problem with a casino and had my cc company charge back the amount in issue. I never spent a dime of it and never played anything else in the casino. Well it seems that Plentyjackpot go wind of this on some security report. I still have no idea what is going on with it, This happened way back in May. When I tried to log into my account in Aug. I was blocked from logging in. I immediately called them, The customer rep I talked to said he could not understand why they where blocking me as it had nothing to do with thier casino. I sent 2 emails and 1 phonecall I was not acknowledged on any of them. They stole this money and have no intention of paying me or you for that matter. They are vile scam artists, and I am not thru with them. I wish you the best in you complaint with them. Some of the casinos I have withdrawn winnings and have received my money are Cool Cat, Slots of Vegas, High Noon Casino, Grand Player are a few. |
