I earned well over 1500 minutes with this c ompany by completing online offers. I had 350 minutes left. I made a call last week and everything was fine. I went to make a call the other day using the toll-free number (800) 382 9980 and the phone number was no longer in service. I emailed them at phonehog.com and the email went through. I did not hear from them, so the very next day, I went to email them again. However, the website was redirected to callingcards. com owned by mobilecaller.com I called them and they denied knowing anything about this company (sherry) I did more research and found out that they are owned by gulfstream internet group. I contacted callingcard.com and they then said that they are a affilate of them (andrea) I called back again and spoke with supervisor Sherry again. She said she did not know it, but they are an affilate of theirs. She stated that phonehog.com is out of business and they transferred their domain to callingcard.com and they are now linked. She said they are getting complaints. However, there is nothing they can do about it. She refused to help me. This company NEVER informed me that they were going out of business. I have contacted gulfstream internet group and left them numerous messages. However, they will not return my phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I want my minutes back or to get a refund.

I am also unable to use my phonehog, keeps saying I can't call from the number I'm dialing from. Called and left a message with Susan Barlett, have not heard back yet. I want my mins. I had over 1, 000 still to use.
