Phoenix Solution in Fairfield, NJ is a SCAM. It is a multi-level marketing(pyramid) scam.It is sad and pathetic excuse for a company under the Cydcor umbrella.Save yourself the time and embarassment from your family and friends.Company does not reimburse you on any of the business expenses.
They tell you that you can work out a deal regarding the base pay, but that is NOT true. Job is 100% commission going DOOR-TO-DOOR barging into businesses who does not want you there. They call it business-to-business to save themselves the embarassment from being called door-to-door salesmen.

I just read what all of it and i have one question for you. What take so much time to write all of that. Are you Upset? I just open an office in canada and i did the program in 1 year and 6 month. I worked very hard for it.
What is the problem with door to door payed on comission??? If they were told me that in the begining i will probebly never show up and now i m so glade that i did it.

You seems to regret and feel bad because of what you did. I strongly advice you to grow up. You just couldn t do it and it was not for you.

wow look at the comment before this, "good luck with all your problems" its seems like who ever wrote this just realized that all this is the truth, and is trying to say, "You are just not good enough", or "cut out for this type of thing", which is just more manipulative crap, its for anyone that stumbles across this page and could get "negged out" by this truthful insight. if this person is ok with being part of a dishonest business, that's their own guilt they have to face. Another thing you will hear a lot is " I'm not money motivated, i want to help my new guys(my team)" why? "to get promoted", ok, what comes with the promotion?, "more money", ...oh well...you just lied, whether you realized it or not. its all deception, and manufactured perception.
