Phoenix Investments & Development Michael Rude and Unprofessional Business Dealings New York, New York

I was contacted by Michael from Phoenix Investments & Develoment in regards to an ad I placed on Craigslist. We set up an appointment on Friday at 5:30 pm at his office. He called me around 4:00 pm saying that he had to catch a train at 4:30 pm so he couldn't meet me that day, however he promised a callback on Monday to reschedule. I did not hear from him all day Monday so I decided to call him around 3:30 pm with no answer. On Tuesday around noon, I called him again with no answer. Around 3:30 pm I called him back a couple of times trying to leave a message on his voicemail for follow-up. This time, he answered by saying "Phoenix". I said my name and the company name after which he asked: "Why are you calling me all day?". I explained that I was following up on our previous conversation and was just trying to leave a message on his voicemail for a callback. I also asked him if he remembered our previous conversation after which he hung up on me. I feel that a real estate company owner should not have acted this way and instead be courteous to others. If you are looking to deal with this company, just don't because Michael from Phoenix Investments & Development will not answer your phone calls, will not let you leave voicemail on his phone and will offend you when you try to call him more than once.
