I, was involved in an auto accident on 11/22/2006 I was exciting a gas station I had stopped & the other vehicle turned infront of me he told me he had the right of way no I was already their stopped & he had no right to hit my vehicle, I called the police & they came I told the police I was stopped & the other driver hit me that Is all I said. The, other driver lied saying I fail to yield to him I was stopped he has the right to turn In the parking lot but If he hits me then its his fault, the other driver got two tickets for no proof insurance & a switched tag. The, police blatantly lied in the report saying I struck the other vehicle & I failed to yield, the police falsified the drawing saying my vehicle was @ an angle showing the right front bumper hitting the right driver side door of the other vehicle, & the damage Is clearly In the middle of my vehicle between both park lights. My, insurance blamed me the other guy was illegal to begin with he was driving with no insurance & a switched tag he caused $1357 of damage to my vehicle & $900 to his well the damage was not my fault he should not had hit me!, this Is fraud & the police believed him!. The, police just want to pick on me cause I am young no I did not intentelly hit the other vehicle or failed to yield, I always yelled to the other cars but it does not give them the right to hit me & then claim damages he was driving illegal to begin with & he should forfeit asking for any damaged. I, am disputing this with progressive & I have made complaints for the police blatantly lying saying I failed to yield & putting false statements in the report things I did not say!. Anyoumous
