| I signed up with Phebe's Credit Repair services in 2011 to remove inaccurate negative information and update accounts that were not correct. When I signed up with her she also said her services included helping you get credit cards, financing, counseling etc... The agreement was she would remove the information requested by May 2011. I paid her $200 with this agreement. After I signed up Phebe became a ghost. She wouldn't answer her phone voice or text for days or weeks at a time. When I asked for any of the services that she said she offered she would say she would get on top of it and disappear again. I have not received one service that I paid for. I began to work on the credit myself and sent her text message saying that I no longer needed her services. I sent a letter to her in June to the business address and never received a response. I then sent her text message and she called back and left a message stating that she never received a letter and would not refund me because she only gave refunds in the first three days. Which is insanity because any credit repair takes at least 30 days to see any results. |

| I hired Phebe last year almost a year ago. She promised the same services to have my credit repaired within six months. She also became a ghost, disappeared, never returned calls or emails. Then she would get upset that I was contacting upset about the work that she did not do. I am about to sue her as we speak, if there are other individuals out there who would like to become a part of this contact the Better Business Bureau. I am also contacting the Attorney Generals office today because she is committing fraud. I have also had to work on my report because she has not been. I have paid off old debts, got settlement offers and re-established my own credit. If I had known this before I would not have hired her. If you are considering hiring this woman do not. One of my payments to her was actually taken out by a detail shop. I was about to contact the police when she called me back to say that is where her company makes their business transactions. Be very careful when doing business with this company. You are better off doing it yourself. I spent $300 with this woman and I want all of my money back. I even contacted my creditors and found out she has not even been contacting them, they have one letter on file from December of 2010 and nothing else. This is hilarious! I am so angry because I fell for her smooth talking, but she is going to give me ALL of my money back, I can guarantee that. |
