Pep Boys / Lexus of Queens / Warrentech improper service / claim denial long island city , New York

I decieded to take my lexus es350 to pep boys long island city for a routine oil change on feb. in June I took my car back to Lexus dealer, lexus of queens where my vechicle was given a clean bill health and was told not to change the oil until 3k by my lexus service adviser. In September, on my way to work my check oil came on I drove to nearest lexus dealer about 3 miles from my home. Lexus dealer informed me that there was oil leaking and hardent sealent and leak occured because of aftermarket parts and bascially a bad oil change on the part of pep boys. at the Lexus dealer I was charged 2 hours @279 and parts @39.00 for a pressure testing to check for further leaks and an oil change. The next day I returned because of noise and was told mutiple things about the engine but basically the engine has metal and I should replace the engine. I have an extended and the car is 2007 with only 63000 miles however the dealer is telling that goes out the window with improper oil repair. I then went on to put in claim with lexus whom blamed pep boys. And then pep boys I even called avp dave micthel because gail kruglar a rep never answered my calls. I recieved a call from pep boys stating that they are not responsible. In addition the added lexus of queens released the car. The extended warrenty wont cover a part still covered under the manufactuer warrenty so am stuck figthing with lexus dealer and pep boys. I have all service records and lexus is sticking with pep boys oil service was no good so I have started a law suit against pep boys lexus of queens and my extended warrenty company. Pep boys was very rude with the exception of the avp dave micthell. But my theory is the dealer and pep boys have to come to sort of agreement or some liability. I have perfect service history and lexus is cleary using pep boys to get out of powertrain warrenty coverage so am stuck between to big corporations but I will keep fighting I plan on contacting CEO of both lexus of queens and pep boys. if I can get any help from anyone please I need it this is really putting me thru alot pep boys took weeks to start the claim process weeks and the lady gail kruger who works there is not rude but she failed to follow up serveral times there no investigation
