Notice of complaint against the People's Community Federal

My wife is Asian and I'm of Jewish ancestry. We both listen
to Clark Howard as a retired couple and try to support the community by doing
business with small banking concerns.

She has accounts with more banks than me and one with
People's Community Federal Credit Union that I've never liked, because of its
employees' overshadowing demeanors while possessing the color of sadistic
racism, anti-Semitism and an abusiveness towards me as a person functioning with
a physical disability.

My wife is more tolerant, but it is for those reasons stated
above that I will never opened an account with that People's Community Federal
Credit Union and instead am completely happy with the personal service and
financial interest that I receive from the HomeStreet Bank that is also located
nearby.

A few weeks ago during the windstorm in Vancouver, I drove
to the drive thru with my handicapped placard hanging in plain sight on the
rearview mirror; twice I have been wounded in the line of duty during national
service. This visit was to make a deposit for my wife at the People's Community
Federal Credit Union. The blond female teller at the drive thru window seemed
more interested in leaving for the pending holiday than performing in the best
interest of the customers and portrayed herself with non-feeling sociopathy.

When she opened the drive thru service drawer to return the deposit receipt,
she deliberately and I opine, sadistically rammed the side door of our vehicle
with the mechanical device. However that was not enough for her, because she
knew or should have known that when she returned the deposit slip to me by
placing same on top of the internal security bar that would have help the piece
of paper in place, that instead it would instantly blow away with the high
winds channeling around the building. I was unpleasantly amazed to see our
private finical record blowing into the parking lot where I had to quickly
drive, park and chase the piece of paper in the wind with a half metal leg
while the teller sat watching her cat and mouse game play out.

More recently my wife made the first transfer mistake by
accidentally clicking the savings button instead of the checking button. She
wanted to transfer funds from one bank to People's Community Federal Credit
Union, but instead incurred a $28.00 penalty. We went to the branch and unlike
other banks and credit unions that offer genuine personal service, People's
Community Federal Credit Union affords itself the plausible deniability of
ripping-off their customers by instructing its tellers to inform that injured
party that "a committee" must review any refunds before a decision
can be made - I guess they are patterning themselves on the same corporatist
model as the extortionist insurance industry as codependently supported by
their congressional pimps.

Any other bank or credit union would have refunded the
penalty fees for the first mistake without question, but People's Community
Federal Credit Union only refunded half. People's Community Federal Credit
Union is a misnomer and perversion of language for one of the entities that has
destroyed the future of America.
