I have a good/bad feeling about this company. I have used them several times with poor excuse for customer service and I feel a bit vulnerable now that they have my state driver's license. Let me give a bit of back history with me and this company, I ordered a couple times flawlessly, after that is when stuff started getting fishy.
I'd constantly be sent in for management review, which I can understand due to the fact of fraud and wanting to verify, which isn't much verification to begin with, you wait 20 minutes and get a e-mail with your order ready. One time after this I got an e-mail stating they needed me to send in a photo copy of my driver's license, which I did, but after the fact I felt a little uneasy about seeing this company claims to be based in America but everyone is foreign.
Anyways, to get to the point, today I got a e-mail saying my order was cancelled. I had to reload the sites support chat and constantly bombard them with the question before they would answer. Finally, I spoke to one male with the name Kundan, it took a few minutes after I gave him my order number for him to answer me.
His reply was, "You have placed several orders within last 30 days . SO your month limit has exceeded by $300". After this I ask where on your website does it state that a limit is put on each persons account as to how much they could buy.
Kundan answered me with, "please visit to our website" (directly quoting what he said). After which I called him out on the website not stating such a limit and he got irritated and disconnected from the chat. Great customer service, eh?
They supposably issued a refund, but we will see. What I am reaching out for is anyone in the media to investigate this company, I'm not asking for FOX, NBC, etc. Just a company that has some reputation and is based on the internet.
And I will end with my personal feelings, I feel like you do not need my driver's license when it's not even clear which country this company is REALLY based in and to tie my money up like this for no reason and be lied to, this company SHOULD be investigated.

the same occurred. not with the limits, they processed my orders 4 ttimes and then after that canceled the rest, and thier reply was they could not tell me why they canceled, it was against thier policy to tell me what they cancel my order -.-'

I have 2 address you, see which adds to my problem.
I am a citizen of one country living in another country as permanent residence.
the cards and paypal account that I own belongs to the first country, and i could not get cards in the second country (no direct income from said country)
while my PCGS account is in the second country
hence, that trigger the cancellation
(why in the first place they let me thru then, after a phone call verification?)
after i changed the address, the order got stuck on verification for god knows how long...
i went and take a peek at customer review and place one as well for thier unsatisfactory service...
apparently they filter all reviews.
if you look at thier customer reviews ONLY the good 4 / 5 stars ones are posted.. the rest are hidden or removed... HOW dodgy is that ?
they claim to deliver in 30 minutes, but that does not include the waiting time for verification which as above said, could take days...
nevermind the process of verifications, after the verification, they continue to give you trouble in access.
if u can avoid this company, please do so to avoid them, so they close down thier business and give way to a better and more promising business by someone else.. pc game supply sucks at thier current business ethnics and services. |

Yeah, I have the same issue to. I had fine orders at the start till near the end of the month they placed it on a mangement review and so they canncelled further orders from me or ane one else like my dad or such to either help out.
I live in Australia and those OGP game cards and such are hard to come by. OGPlanet also blocked purchases for most people around different countries (who knoes why) but its just getting harder and harder to get access to game cards where it was alredy release in america and for everyone to play on.
Now Im stuck with no way out on getting OGP cards now.
First when i got my first OGP card from them i was happy but now. I'm dissapointed.. |

the same thing just happened to me. they rejected my card and my bank account was charged anyway. AND they refuse to acknowledge my order. mind you the card they rejected was the same card i used to make two previous orders successfully. |

I bought a Karma Koin $50 to them and sadly it is INVALID! They told me I need to contact Karma Koin support or Nexon about this. Really?! They will ask you to tell your complaint to them when in fact they are the direct seller to me! How will i know if they are just randomly generating invalid codes? After some days, there is no reply from KK support and Nexon. I asked numerous questions and asked MULTIPLE TIMES if i can get a refund or for them to change my code, but it seems their answers are going around the bush.
I've tried to buy another card but now it's a Nexon E-pin one worth $39. And wow, I was shocked it was invalid again. OMFG!!! This is considered scamming! I've sent them screenshots regarding this and they don't do refund or even change the code! They even told me that they would only entertain when Nexon replies to me. WTF?! The customer to solve their problem?! This sucks!!! Up to now nooooo reply from Nexon. Maybe you and Nexon had a secret agenda to tell Nexon not to reply to every user victimized by invalid codes for you to gain money when not actually "selling" something. This is annoying!!! |

i lost 33 Dollars. fucked up customer service said " Sorry for the inconvinience" instead of giving me a refund. Who wants to start a ban against this bloody service? i tried to buy a xbox gold subsricption card online, the same one i bought an year ago but this time it says order cancelled. when i inform the customer support. They say they cannot provide me with the reason why my order was cancelled. |
