I Placed an order for a post tester combo deal for 79.95 on 12/21/11. I had some technical questions about the product and spoke to the owner who assured me that his card IS NOT an expensive scam of the HOTER card, (which it looks an awful lot like the $10 hoter card). I asked if i placed the order NOW if he could ship it today. He said, "i ship priority mail and you missed the deadline for today, but i'll make SURE it gets to the post office TODAY." Seeing as i was in a big hurry to diag a customers computer, knowing priority mail from the east coast to kentucky would only take a few days, i placed the order. It should have arrived by Fri or Sat at the latest. I checked my email and read the invoice and all they gave me was a Reference Number: 25644-URH. The next day i checked me email again and NO TRACKING info or anything new from them. I let it go a few days and then called their customer service line. I gave my reference number and asked for a tracking number. The CSR said, "i can't give you a tracking number, all i can do is take orders." He referred me to their website and told me to click LIVE HELP. So i went there and it was OFFLINE. I created a ticked and asked for my tracking number. This took place on Thursday. I checked my email again on friday and there was nothing from them. No tracking info or ANY indication that my purchase had been shipped as promised by the owner. I created another ticket and expressed my concern over being scammed. So the following tuesday they credit my card 79.95 and the owner wrote me a nasty letter. He pretty much denied ever saying he would ship it the day the order was placed and gave me what for. The screwed up thing....i had the customer whos computer i was working on right there and the OWNER was on speaker phone along with my wife also in the room. 3 people heard him say he would ship it THAT DAY! Including a customer of mine who just wanted their computer fixed. The reply email.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your order. Your order number is 25644, placed 12/21/2011 at 02:13PM. First off you missed the shipping deadline for the day 12/21/2011 Secondly you did not pay to have your order expedited via the US Postal Service you selected FREE shipping.Which means your product may not ship for 48 to 64 hrs on a normal week certainly not on Christmas week. Shipping Method: Free Shipping US Excludes HI,AK,PR Third it was Christams week and we were inundated with customers who not only paid for product, but also paid for shipping they did not select to have their item shipped for FREE. They had to be serviced first they paid for overnight. FREE shipping means just that we do not say we will imediately get you pacaked out to you especially on the busiess week of the year. We always try our best, but your rantings are completely unreasonable. Don't balme us because you waited to the very last minute to place an order and ask for it to get to you before Christmas plus expect us to do it for FREE. Here is your complete Credit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOW...did he really expect that lieing to a paying customer would result in a sale or me keeping quiet about this? Plain and simple...the owner lied with witnesses and almost made me go to my bank to dispute the charges. Ask yourself this...DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO FOLLOWS THESE TYPES ON UNETHICAL PRACTICES? If yes, feel free to order from this, just understand that their support system is nonexistant and they have unusually long shipping times as told by the above letter to me. I lost the customer whos computer i was fixing and its pc-diags fault. To make things worse they rub salt in the wound by blaming me.
