Payliance Payment Stream Solutions Charged Credit Card Twice will not issue refund , Internet |

Back in the later end of January 2011, I found out I owed money to a local grocery store in the amount of $15.00 (roughly) and this was transferred to a collections agency Payliance. I immediately called and spoke with a very nice woman who said to clear the account it would take me paying $38.96. I went on that very day and paid that amount however they charged me twice for the payment. I have been waiting since then to get a refund which I was finally told after being hung up on and getting the run around from the dispute department. I to this date have still not recieved anything. I finally had time this evening after work to call the company and see what the issue was. The first woman would not identify herself and then hung up on me after telling me that disputes was closed and goodbye.. was trying to catch her to find out the direct number to disputes to no avail. I called right back and spoke with a woman named CJ who helped me before (keep in mind I only found out about the disputes department because I asked to speak with a supervisor) and CJ basically went off on me. I told her I was hung up on before and she just kept talking over me and then said Ive called three times already and she didnt understand why I wasnt getting it that they could not do anything... keep in mind not only did she specifically help me prior but she never found out what I wanted which was just the number. This company has consistently treated me like crap everytime I have called and I have been pretty patient but this is ridiculous. The fact that they think its ok to be rude and belligerent to people regardless if they owe money are not is not acceptable. I finally called back after composing myself because at this time was almost in tears, and spoke with a gentlemen named Johnele who was way better but insisted this is collections not customer service. Even if you go with that theory, Ive paid you and am no longer in that status. This company is beyond rude and something assuredly needs to be done. |
