PawPaw Mail Jackson Hughes BEWARE, refuses to cancel account when requested, makes seniors pay for program they don't use! WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS

Beware of PawPaw Mail, the email program for seniors that you can read about online. It comes across as a legit company, especially having been published in the NY Times and other articles, but once you deal with them you will find the truth. I signed up for the $8/mo. plan over a year ago for my Grandma. They answered the phone when we had a question about the account. Then she stopped using it. Once I realized she wasn't going to get into it, I called PawPaw mail to cancel as the $8/mo kept coming out of my account. I have screen shots of their website that says in two different places that you can cancel anytime. I sent THREE EMAILS and LEFT VOICEMAIL over the course of three weeks and they have still not gotten back to me! I had to cancel my credit card in order to get their withdrawals to stop. What kind of unethical, poor-customer serviced and greedy business is this? What if it had been my grandma trying to cancel, would they ignore her too? How many seniors get taken advantage of that don't know any better? Please beware when signing up for an account with these people - when you need to cancel, they will ignore you and continue to take your money anyway. This is seriously disgusting for a company that purports to deal with seniors who don't have a good understanding of the internet.
