Paul Saint Hilaire Yellow Rose Construction, will burn you Lompoc, California |
19th of Nov, 2010 by User844611 |
Paul Saint Hilaire is a California Real Estate Developer who will put many offers in at one time in many areas to buy a home. He has no financial backup and will contact anyone to obtain money for his projects. I have worked with him for a few months and know that he is unable to manage his company, burns bridges with Realtors and clients. He is seeking money to do construction projects that many private investors and Hard Money Lenders have denied due to lack of documents (taxes, credit reports and personal info) to obtain the money. Paul will claim he has money from current projects to put down on new ones, but this is incorrect. He no longer has new projects and is wrapping up his last one. Please be very careful in doing any type of business with this company.

If you are reading this, I hope you are not in the trouble already as we are right now. Paul Saint Hilaire is a fraud. He had a Yellow Rose company before and after he ripped of some people like us he registered a new company name Synergy Engineering and Development, but the license is under name of John William Dean which has been dead couple month ago. We signed a contract with him and Thomas Victor Larsen to do a major renovation in the house we purchased recently. They made a payment schedule for us and we were so naive and gave them 90% of the money. Few days before their dead line they just simply disappear on us and left us with unpaid labors. We had no idea that they haven't paid anybody. The labors started to disrespect us and threaten us with law suit. Just beware of them and please, please if you haven't signed a contract with them yet, just don't! |

Now he is using the alias Vincent Hilaire. He is claiming to be the owner of Seabrook Farming and Development, which also has no internet presence. My suggestion is that you do a reverse lookup of anybody's phone number that is contacting you for a job that you apply to or a contractor that claims to be reputable. You will see the name of the person who owns the phone he is using. The phone number he is calling me from goes to the same town that this Paul Saint Hilaire is from, so beware. This guy is after credentials of honest and hardworking professionals so that he can continue to make money without paying his own dues. And apparently without paying his people as well. He is looking to get others wrapped up in his scheme to develop property without any money of his own. I believe that he has limited skills in construction management and really can get people in trouble when trying to handle any type of construction project. |

I was recently contacted by Vincent Hilaire, he told me he is from the West Coast and wants me to help manage his construction projects on the East Coast. So far I have done nothing but some construction MGT for him and has let me know that once the property gets underway he will begin a pay cycle of every two weeks. He appears to have financing lined up for a 38 unit development and claims to have 175 projects under his belt. He seems extremely nice and honest. Based on what I read in the comments this is a situation I should stay away from. The only thing I don't understand is what my exposure is. I will be just managing the construction end, I will have no financial exposure. If I don't get paid in the first two weeks concerning his schedule, I;m out. Opinions? |

He gets you wrapped in initially as a project or construction manager, than gives you some sad story of having his credit stolen and credit is shot and will pressure you to get something moving than will eventually ask you if you could front the loans with your credit. He doesn't ask for money, he ask for your credentials and is hoping to work off your tailcoats. He claims to be a "healer" and man of spirituality. He is very contradicting if you ever have a conversation with him. He says to have all these projects under his belt, however has none because the one he's trying to get you to do, is the one that will streamline and feed the others. We tried to get him financing but he would not sign a credit report, when we pressured him, continuously putting the delays back on his lap, he gave falsified information and provided falsified income reports. He claims to build "green" homes, however will always find him "working" on some rehabs that carry the toxic materials he professes against. He hired me as his broker, I nearly burned several bridges with fellow brokers in California. The man has no foundation and will work off the great ideas of prosperous development, however has NONE. He had me obtain a MA real estate brokers license for some projects he claims to have in the area. I have every email he has forward to me and I'm sure that 6 months later, they are probably the same ones he has sent you. Beware. I was alerted to him when we sat one day to meet for coffee to chat about some projects he was demanding movement on. As we sat, some police officers came into the shop and he would not, could not, take his eyes off these men. He stuttered and sweated profusely. The man feared a sting. When they left, he was in a state of relief and extreme happiness. Again, BEWARE. Cut off ties now before you become an accessory to his fraud. |
