Mountguys.com sells obsolete products at inflated prices. The Car Lighter Powered Mount with Dual Outlet for Apple iPad as described on mountguys.com does not work with Apple's newest iPad, the IPad II. The product also had a feature of providing a usb port that does not charge the iPad. Why have a usb port on a mount that can not be used for charging? The product itself is made of cheap plastic and provides flimsy support for any device placed into it. The device plugs into a car cigarette lighter and an iPad mounted in this manner will bounce around with every expansion joint the car rolls over on the highway. The product description on mountguys claims: This not only holds your device but also adds a second power outlet to your vehicle. The powered base is equipped with a USB port and a traditional DC power outlet with a maximum output current of 3A. We include a custom cradle to hold your iPad securely. This mount rotates to landscape and portrait mode. Notice that the description of the product does not preclude the use with an iPad II and the fact it is advertising a usb port adapter and dc power outlets leaves you with the impression it should charge the iPad. At over $40 with shipping this product is not a good value since it will only fit an obsolete iPad (first generation).
