Password Resetter - PasswordResetter.com PasswordResetter Won't Honor Money Back Guarantee, Refund Refused, False Claims, Product Does Not Work, Poor |

Password Resetter claims to offer a 60 day money back guarantee on their website at http://www.passwordresetter.com however they failed miserably in both their product and their guarantee. The product does not work as it claims it does, and once notified of the situation, they just ignored me completely. No help, no service or support, and furthermore, no refunded purchase. I tried everything I had to get them to respond but they simply do not answer their emails...especially if you are asking for a refund because their product does not work. Their product Password Resetter is supposed to get your password reset on your PC but it does anything but that. All it did was flash some DOS code on the screen later found out to be a virus that resulted in me having to pay a company to redo my my whole operating system. I lost all files, and software on my hard drive because I tried to take the easy route and use a software like this. Take it from me folks, if you are in need of having your Windows Password Reset or have to Reset Windows Password you need to have someone that is experienced in it do it for you to ensure that you do not lose all your information. It is not worth it and anyone selling a 35 dollar program that claims to do it is really a little absorbed if you really think about it. Do yourself a favor and do not invest your money or time into a software scam like this because it will only create more problems for you in the future and then they will not honor the refund policy they claim to offer for the Password Resetter software. Just want to make sure that nobody makes the same mistake that I got stuck with using Password Resetter. |

Hi,
You can definitely get your money back. This software is sold through Clickbank. They give 60 day money back guarantee for all the items sold through them.
Go to your inbox that you provided when purchased this product . There should be an email from clickbank. There is a link in that email that lets you access their customer support. There is an option there to request a refund. Clickbank always issue refunds without any problems.
Here is another method (only if the above method don't work)
Just send a refund request to [email protected]
Just tell the reason and include
product receipt number(included in the email clickbank send you)
your email
last 4 digits of your credit card(or paypal transaction Id)
Hope it helps |

I too have been ignored by passwordresetter. I have emailed them three times regarding the refund, they kept telling me things like ''you can easily borrow someone else's computer''...what nerve! After what I've heard about them, why would I want to chance infecting a friends computer?? I am pissed beyond belief right now! People, STAY AWAY! They haven't heard the last of me, I am NOT letting this go. |
