Hi, two days ago on 29/10/2011, I purchased an E20-022 exam. After the purchase, I was not able to download the exam as the password was missing on passguarantee.com website. I tried calling the 24/7 support team but no one answered and could only leave a voice mail for more than 10 times. Tried their Live chat option but could only log a ticket #210633 with no response. I have raised a dispute to Pay Pal.com Case no:PP-001-536-395-159. I hope Pass Guarantee at least show the courtesy to respond to their customer tickets which has been logged online. If there is no support staff backing their exam products, then how can customers trust and buy their product. God forbid, if they fail or if they cannot download their exams (like me) due to some technical reason, then who is held accountable. We are sitting ducks as soon as we buy these online exams with our credit cards. Let scam Report expose these illegal activities and bring justice. Once again thanks a lot for scam Report website owners for sharing this link with the general public. Our voice will finally be heard.
