Paradigm National Consultants d/b/a Paradigm Partners (run by Karim Solanji, Mark Lauber, Brian Cameron, Larry Nealy, Jim Foster, Zee Makhani, Saqib Dhanani) sued for FRAUDULENT BILLING of clients!!!! Read below - Paradigm bills un-experienced lawyers like Karim Solanji (only 5 years experience at $1,500 per hour), Saqib Dhanani (2 yrs - at $1,500/hr) and Tony Kuo (LESSS THAN A YEAR EXPERIENCE at $950/hr)!!!! Be careful if you consider doing business with this company. There are a number of lawsuits on file against this company for FRAUD. Apogee Biotechnology Corp (ABC) filed suit in Harris County (Houston), Texas (Cause No. 2011-15561). "Paradigm invoices includes hours that its staff did not actually work...upon further review of Paradigm's billing, it appears that Paradigm engaged ini a scheme to defraud ABC and its other clients...Paradigm does the minimal amount of work possible, either cutting and pasting the work product of the client...Paradigm will, after the fact, doctor up a false record of time spent and tasks performed and then apply unlawfully high hourly fees to those hours so that the final invoice totals up to an amount just above the 25% cap." "Paradigm charges hourly rates for its staff that grossly exceed any reasonable industry norm and, in some cases, actually violate law." all of the above comes straight out of the Court records!! look it up for your self! This is not an isolated incident. JS Genetics also sued Paradigm for almost the exact same thing!! (look in Federal Court in Houston - Civil Action No. 4:11-cv-01047). JS Genetics talks about the "bate and switch" which Paradigm pulled on them. THEY CHARGED $950/HR FOR SOMEONE WITH LESS THAN 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE! THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE - which is why they were sued for Fraud!!! Karim Solanji, Saqib Dhanani, Zee Makhani, Larry Nealy, Brian Cameron - clearly all sanction this!!
