A few years ago my husband decided to get me and kids a pug. we contacted lori and she had a few litters just born. We went to visit and picked our puppy. baby pug wasn't ready yet so we had to wait. There were about 6 mommas and their babies in their kitchen. I never seen that before but i never bought a puppy before either so I thought they were just protecting them by keeping them in their home. I was not in the know about all the diseases dogs carry as well. The kids were excited and we waited patiently. They were around 700.00. we were called for pick up and finally got to take our baby home. I knew our baby was small but like i said I didnt know my baby could be sick being a first time buyer. got the baby on a sat. had vet app for tues. (first one i could get) came home with kids and the lil pup had passed away. baby's little leg was poking out the side of the cage. I hated to know the pain a puppy goes thru when they die like that it is just horrible. told them the baby had been vomiting and liquid feces. they said it was prob food change until the poor baby passed away. When I contacted them to tell them we were very upset. They were very rude. husband (jerry) said I was a nutcase trying to scam them out of money and that I was a liar. i had to get a autopsy to prove and was told they would pay. Never did we were stuck with bills. They would not answer emails or calls. I was told by my girlfriend (she found the pup for us and also live in sc) they also had a shop somewhere around florence sc at a flea market where they sell them as well. You can take your chances and buy from them, but if you are not looking for heartbreak turn the other way. there are other breeders who do care! All they want is your money! She also tries to make you feel like an idiot and act like she is doing everything possible to help you so you will buy another pup. thats right! buy... she does not replace. contract or not! i read another post on here where she did that same thing. please why would someone want to buy another sick baby!
