| Read the other complaints about Pacific Coast Home Solutions and know they are the truth. You will be told that their sales reps are "marketing" a territory and want to make you the "showcase home" to give you a fantastic discount. Their lies are so transparent that it is a joke, and they want you to sit through an hour or more "presentation" to make you feel better about their dog and pony show. Then they drop a price on the table and want the customer to sign a contract for thousands of dollars the same day, if you want the deep discount that is. I'll bet you a dollar that their owner, or their employees won't sign any contract like the one they drop on your kitchen table. And, when you want to cancel the order, you get some BS from the General Manager who starts the magical dance to keep your order going. Compare prices and just notice how they are gouging, stabbing you in the back to make a buck, and laugh all the way to the bank. Add to that that they call you even though you are on the do not call list and then their employees just laugh at you and tell you to file a complaint. Don't deal with them....period. They don't have any scruples or morals. This is the perfect definition of "buyer beware". Run for you life! Better yet, don't answer the door when they arrive or tell them to get the hell off your property! |

Unfortunately, this complaint-along with all the others professess the same song and dance. I would love to offer a remedy to this so called individual who seeks out to post on how miserable PCHS is. Customers do not have knowledge of the inside operations to the company structure and functionality. We are a well established- BBB Rated A company that has had substantial growth over the past couple years. Due to our success we've had a couple people (unsuccessful business owners and unhappy ex-employees) take the time out to bash us all throughout the internet. This is not a forewarning to any of our future customers- this is serious, malicious crime this individual is commiting. He, who has signed up multiple accounts on certain sites only to have conversations with himself may have been a petty problem at one point. This problem has grown into an investigation that is now in the hands of authorities. We have a good management that works just as hard as the next. We do not sell customers anything they do not want. AS with any other company or product people are selling- we have a good sales team lead by good managers. Nobody is being forced to by anything anywhere. This is an at will operation as with the next contractor. We have well established partnerships with products we stand behind- all eco-friendly, energy-efficient bill busters that can help families save expendential amounts ongoing. If our product and sales rep make a successful sale- we find nothing wrong in that, whatsover. It's a win-win for the customer and the company. THIS IS BUSINESS. We wouldn't have growth and letters swarming in from happy customers who ordered custom vinyl windows - ordered and completely installed within 2 weeks! They are happy with the personal attention we offer, respect the professionalism of our crews and would use us again for their next home improvement project!
Who are you to criticize where our customers spend their money? So, we get it...in a nutshell, you think we have such a strong management staff that we wickedly plan to offer deep discounts, drop a contract on the table for the customer to sign and laugh our way to the bank??? You've got some facts in place...but we aren't doing anyhting more than the customer wanted us to do. They wanted an estimate, we delivered it (there are no guns to the head making that customer sign)... so they like our price and product, what can I say? GOOD JOB SALES TEAM!!! :) BTW, maybe its the fact that we offer creative financing and deferred payments that make that easy for the customer? Only a company meeting certain criterias are able to offer such options.
Thank you giving me another platform to justify the choices of our customers and reasons behind their choices. Also, thanks for enforcing how knowledgable and professional our sales reps are. Our presentations and training pay off. We invest in the individuals employed with us- providing them extensive paid training in the position they fill.

| I have recently went through the " sales rep " training at PCHS and found it to be above and beyond in its integrity, information and requirement of ethical and moral superiority. The management team is committed to open, honest and forthright presentation of the product and service. I researched PCHS myself before going through the training since I am a retired small business owner and did not want to become involved with anyone that was not completely above board. To my satisfaction PCHS passed all checks with legitimate agencies. It is truly a shame that someone with an axe to grind or a less than honest agenda is able to post malicious comments such as I have seen. | i am an existing member of the marketing team at PCHS. i have written upwards of 45 contracts since starting 7 months ago and i love working for PCHS. out of those contracts that i have written, i have only had one problem with something that my customer and i had misunderstood. it was my mistake and PCHS honored the contract as it was written AND agreed to do the extra work on the job (at no extra charge to the customer) even though it was going to cost us more money and time to complete the project. I couldnt ask for better support from the company that i work with. when you work for a company who represents ONLY premium products, has competitive pricing, and goes the extra mile to ensure that each project is done with care it makes me proud to be a part of something great. And yet, here is a nice article in the SJ Mercury News about PCHS being accused of financial abuse to elders. Scamming old people for a few thousand dollars for work that was not done, or not needed.

| I actually work there. We as a group stay committed to this company because we look forward to what we do. Some people say were a joke but you we aren't. All of us are going to work for a company that could advertise commercials but they pay us and help out home owners daily. Whoever wrote this report must be upset for having been let go because they weren't one of the fifty out of a hundred that they selected to hire. I hate being told I am a joke daily from people. I am not a joke nor is my company. I have lost my son family and place of living all next to my seven year old daughter and the only people that have stuck by my side is the management team. I couldn't be more great-full because through my struggles I have had an income to get back on my feet, WHO DOES THAT ANYWAY! I'm not a drug attic, or a thief, nor am I a cheat. free estimates with funding, a simple yes or no and were this big bad company. what makes us better then the next guy is were not the ones that walked away half way through the job, were the ones that help you afford and finish your expectations. |

| This company is totally a scam, and even if you don't hire them, they're already scoped out your house and your neighborhood and will come back and rob you. Don't trust them and tell them to get the hell off of your property when they come to solicit door-to-door. What reputable business does that? |
