Mr. Fix It in Jonesboro is currently ripping me off and I'd love nothing more than to 1) get my cell phone back from them (which is being held captive for over 3 months now) & 2) stop them from abusing anyone else. Is there something that can be done about this? Like previous complaints I also call constantly only to be told that my cell phone part is waiting to be shipped. There is NO WHERE on this planet that takes 3 months to ship a cell phone screen! They refuse to give me a tracking number and they refuse to give me back my unfixed merchandise without paying an additional $55 or so. All they've done was was take my money to HOLD me cell phone under the counter or something and then ask for MORE money to give it back to me. On Aug. 28th 2011 I paid $65 for the part and the repair. Here it is December 1st and they are claiming to still have a "shipping issue". I was willing to just take my loss and simply walk away with my phone still broken but they will not release it. This place is the worst and needs to be gotten rid of! I've called the Clayton County community affairs number (770-473-3935) numerous times and left numerous voice mails. No one answers or returns the calls. I'm willing to join whatever group I need to in order to take these guys down.
