Sistemi di Luce was the original name of this SCAM company. Next was SHESELLSHINE.COM, SHESELLSHINE.NET and on and on.
Now it is outletdesign.IT and connected to the original Sistemi di Luce web site.
Read their sales conditions. They try to use every excuse to EXPLAIN why you either did not receive the lighting you ordered and PAID for and to explain WHY YOU DON'T get a refund. I ordered over 1000 euros of lighting from the company and NEVER RECEiVED ANY LIGHTS. Only emails explaining difficulties with shipping, manufacture and blaming the original company, Flos, for not having stock. I contacted Flos who informed me that they receive a dozen calls every day from other VICTIMS of Sandra Maffezzoni. That is why they are suing her. Sandra Maffezzoni, the ringleader of this nasty internet scam, uses delay tactics writing "problems with manufacturer" "Out of stock, must wait for next delivery" "problem with the shipment" and on and on, untl it is too late to obtain a refund for your purchase from the credit card company. Simply...DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YES, their prices are better. BUT you will probably never receive your lights. ALSO- they are NOT authorized dealers of any lighting, that i am aware of. Flos, Artemide and Toscarini have all been in lawsuits against her using their names and pictures of their lights. Stay away. Be careful and order only from authorized dealers. Marco Carminati has helped Sandra Maffezzoni in this SCAM where the company is STEALING CUSTOMER MONEY because he is the WEB MARKETING DESIGNER for her companies. SO he is WELL AWARE of the EVIL and AMORAL type of woman that she is. He has read the internet reports from VICTIMS and elected to work WITH HER and not turn her into the Italian authorities. HE HELPS HER WITH AVOIDING AND HIDING THE BAD INTERNET PRESS- that is his speciality. He is as guilty and as BAD A PERSON AS SHE IS! Good luck MARCO. How will you feel when someone in your family is a victim of an evil person like Sandra? Karma....karma....Marco....BAD karma....

Hi, unfortunately I came across your file after I too placed an order at sdl...
My money left on 15/08/2011.
Since then just a confirmation mail of SheSellShine... Stating they can't guarantee delivery times...
The article availability was announced - ships in 2-3 days, Immediately available on their site...
A first follow up mail I've sent on 21/08/2011 : no answer.
I intend to call them today and I'll update the story here... |

| Do youself a favour and take all the Sistemi di Luce complaints seriously. Do not order from this company. I ordered some Flos lamps from them, but became suspicious about their business and have to date tried to cancel my order 5 times. Sistemi di Luce sends me mails explaining that the products are delayed and at the same time ignores my emails requesting the cancellation of my order (emails I send to the same adresses they email me from). This has been going on for several months. Do not order from this company. |

We have ordered and paid a Catellani&Smith lamp from sistemi di luce 22nd of july, 2011. So far delivery excuses delay only and a reply from C&S that I have contacted meanwhile confirming that sdl is in no direct business relationship with them and hence they did not receive an order from sdl for my product ordered.
I am going to involve my lawers as soon as the last deadline for shipment accepted will be over. In case all these fraud accuses are true why would such a company still be alive and in business? |

| Ordered 3 light fittings (order # 100828212429) in August 2010. When inquiring about delivery, I only received endless pathetic emails along the lines "Your order is partially completed: we are waiting for only one of the 2 Linealight Serie 1151. We’ll contact you when we receive it and we’ll proceed immediately with the shipment." Googled the company and found of course that I was not alone. The company is a scam and the excellent website coned a lot of people. It shows that the old rule to check out every on-line company before placing an order, is as valid today as it ever was. Stay well clear of this despicable outfit, you'll have more satisfaction by throwing your money from the 3rd floor of the building you work or live in. |

| i confirm everything said before. i ordered lamps from them 2 months ago. never got anything but weekly automatic emails saying there's going to be a delay. today i got suspicious and googled the company name: lots of complaints, from Italy and everywhere else in the world. On ciao.it I find that many people have filed a complaint with the "Polizia Postale" in Brescia in the last 2 years. How come the italian authorities don't do anything about it? |

DON'T do business with this shop! You will never receive the merchandise.
We called 100 times and always received the same answer "We will deliver in the next 15 working days".
Once more my recommendation: DON'T do BUSINESS with this shop.
