Opinion Outpost Takes Advantage of Panel Members, Fails to respond to any questions Orem, Utah

Opinion Outpost is a waste of time! They send tons of surveys, but it is nearly impossible to qualify for even a handful of them. It takes a huge time investment to find out that you have been disqualified and once that happens you receive no points. How convenient. I have done 45 minutes surveys, only to be kicked out and denied the points I was promised. The consolation prize is a spin on a virtual slot slot machine, but I have never gotten anything from that and the slot machine stopped working all together. Overall, I think their goal is to get a lot of free information out of people, with absolutely ZERO regard for the waste of time. Furthermore, I have complained several times about surveys not working and other things and they have NEVER ONCE gotten back to me. I finally unsubscribed a few weeks ago, yet they still send me surveys constantly. Out of curiosity, I tried to log into my account to find that it had been disabled, yet I was still able to access the surveys. To me this shows that they are eager to get anything out of you they can and to disregard the promised rewards. Evil, annoying, poor customer service, total waste of time. Avoid these idiots!
