My name is Jeff and I'm the owner of a company and website named Just for Mechanics. I contracted with your firm in India to add a database and Pay Pal checkout to my site. And to do SEO work and Google Adsense. I had used them the year before on a project named and they worked on it and said it was fixed but it never was. I had to use some Russian developers to fix it. So I gave them a negative review and they fired the contact John saying it was his entire fault. But he worked the hardest on it.

So I reposted it on elance and they responded. I told them I was not interested in working with them again, but they said they had new people and said they could get it done. So I agreed and they sent me a contract. And we signed it in May 2010. They said it would take about 3 months to complete. It was to copy the site that I had already designed with Godaddy but needed a database and check out included. So we went over the features and they began work and my contact was Priya. So the work began. I sent them the requested codes for pay pal and they were to be installed when the site was completed. Then we had a trial site and it looked ok and they said they would get the database working and the pay pal working so we could test it in Sept before the elections in November.

Then in early October Praveen one of the mgrs said we need to get started on the SEO work. So I said of let's do it and he sent me a list of SEO terms. He also said he would do organic work on it. Then he said the SEO was working but on the weekly results were not showing up for the keyword with the biggest use. I asked why and he said you didn't check it on the list. I resent it to him with proof that I had indeed checked it since it was the best word for our site and copied Mani the mgr who reassured me it would be taken care of that Praveen was a good man.

Priay and the programmers continued to work on the site to get it to function as it was supposed to. There were problems with the database still and the e-mail. Oh it works they kept telling me. But the customers trying to use it couldn't. And Priya would always say the developers have left for the day or gone home for the weekend and things would not get fixed.

They were also supposed to install the Google adsense on the Just for mechanics site and my Lambrecht & Associates site. Well the code was installed but it never made a nickel. And when I asked Mani why he would say well Praveen can't access the account. But I could access it every time and sent the login and password to Praveen numerous times. Oh we'll get it working and line our pockets Praveen would say.

So finally in the middle of December I was tired of the excuses and told Mani that we would do an online test and he could show me how it worked. So we did a skype and the mechanic part worked fine. But on the advertiser part it failed the pay Pal check out and ad posting. He said oh we'll have it fixed in a few minutes. Well two days later they said they put in a ticket with Pay pal and I had to contact them about activating it. This is 3 months after they said it was installed and working. I contacted pay pal and they said the program was not working and not recognizing the code due to the way the site was build. After two more days and another holiday Mani said it worked. But he used a test program on it and not the real Pay Pal program.

So the project is 4 months late and still doesn't work and the SEO words were never installed on the site pages.

So I'm demanding a full refund of the $4,480 I paid them. They have ignored me and tried to blame Priya just like they did with John. They need to man up and admit they could not handle it and give me my money back and an apology and not blame a woman.

Dear User, your information about the company is absolutely correct. One of my friend also tel the same about that company. Few teams projects are good in that company. They didn't finished the projects in correct time. They didn't respect their senior employees.. Last two years they did only small projects and timely based projects only. that project also they finished in low quality..
