| Op4G Opinions 4 Good Have never gotten paid for taking surveys, Internet |

| I have been a member of this market research company for over a year now. I have taken numerous surveys and op4g was supposed to pay me for each one. I received one check back in November of last year, and haven't been paid since. I have emailed them about once per week for the past month and I NEVER get a reply. I have also placed a few calls into their Portsmouth NH office and there is never an answer. I have about $50 in my account and there is no way to request a cash out. They supposedly send out checks every single month but this is obviously not the case. At this point I don't expect to be paid for my time, to be honest I don't even expect to receive a reply to my emails. It looks like this is just another scam survey company that rips people off. There is some interesting information regarding op4g on survey police. I just want to be paid whats owed to me, op4g get your sht together and pay us! |

I am the president of Op4G. I don't know why your emails were not answered. Since I don't know who you are, I can't look into your payment status. But if you would contact [email protected] I promise we will figure this out.

| I have been emailing the support email for weeks now with zero response. I have also been looking for your live chat that is available monday-friday 9am -5pm, but that doesn't work either. Just send out payments to all your members, you clearly aren't paying anyone and people are getting upset. There is no cash out option on your website so we are all forced to just sit and wait for op4g to send out checks, which obviously you have no intentions of doing. |

I sent an email a few days ago and the president of Op4g (Karl Swanson) sent a reply saying they just mailed a check a few days ago.
I just got a check for $5, which was less than the $20 something in my account.This was the first payment I've received from Op4g. I am going to email him again to ask what the heck is going on. These guys are not paying their members timely. Makes me wonder if they're using the company as their personal piggy bank.
Tomorrow morning I'm phoning the non-profit to whom I've designated a portion of my earnings and will ask them if they are being paid promptly... I wonder how many other people are also not being paid timely... |

I am surprised you received a check, even if it was only for $5. I appreciate the response from Karl, but I email them almost daily and have NEVER received a reply. Funny you mention suspecting them of using this company as their own little piggy bank, do your self a favor and google op4g Jim Brennan and you will see the survey police thread. Apparently the founder is a convicted felon, bank fraud, among many other shady things. We shouldn't have to email the president of the company to request a payout, this is ridiculous. I recently received a policy update email from them this past summer stating they would send out checks monthly beginning in August. My guess is this place is not paying anyone and they will be closing the doors shortly. The joke will be on all of us and the non profits we support.
Calling the non profit may be a good idea, i'd be curious to hear their take on all of this. I no longer support the non profit that invited me to join, I feel they are partially responsible for my bad experience with this joke of a company. Please come back and post an update. |

After 8 months of not being paid, I finally got a check. I am now quitting 4 good. The company was dishonest. Rather than saying they were having a problem getting their system in order, I kept getting messages that they pay on the 5th of every month and the checks were delayed that month but would be in the mail in a week. That started in July. I cashed my $22 check immediately. Who knows how long it would be good.
I reported the problem to my charity and also the the fact that the founder of OP4G Jim Brennan is a convicted felon (see OP4G thread on Survey Police) They were concerned. I'm getting out. Don't trust them. Also the pay for doing a survey was getting stingier and you have to do more "potential" surveys. Just not worth my time and irritation. |

Op4G sent out an email to all their members saying everyone would be paid up for all surveys on Feb. 5th...its now Feb 17 and I have still not received a check. Something needs to be done about this company, they are scammers and nothing more...just look at all the negative reviews online!
Op4g just be honest and tell us we are getting paid for any of our time. You guys suck and I hope your doors are closed forever soon. |

I am joined up with them ...for now anyway... As I understand what I read about payouts is this...Surveys taken in Jan-March is payed out to you onMay 5...Surveys done between Apr-June, payouts are paid on
on Aug. 5th...Surveys done between July- Sept payouts on Nov 5th...Surveys done between Oct-Dec..are paid out on Feb 5th. I, m not sure if this helps you out any, but as a new member I was never guaranteed to be paid immediately. Oh!...You have to also have a balance of at least 20.00 owed to you before you can collect anyway. I am looking into some other stuff also. I will keep everyone in mind about some of their problems theyre having with op4g. As far as getting your money from them, just read all the stuff first that they have on their website . Oh yeah...If the 5th falls on a holiday or whatever, the next day will be the payout date for you. Its always on the 5th of whatever month that they do the payouts, is what I read. |
