Announcement By Westford Trade Services Limited
Westford Trade Services Limited Liquidates Normet Industries Limited
Westford Trade Services Limited (“Westford”) commenced winding up proceedings in the High Court of Hong Kong against Normet Industries Limited (“Normet”) in respect of monies outstanding of US$694,683.21 due for charges following the sale and purchase of iron ore from the United States of America to the People’s Republic of China.
The High Court of Hong Kong ruled on 16th May 2013 that (a) there was no bona fide dispute that Normet owed monies to Westford as had been claimed by Normet, (b) ordered that Normet be wound up by the Court and (c) ordered that costs of those proceedings be paid out from the assets of Normet.
You are therefore recommended to exercise extreme caution as to the creditworthiness and competency of Normet, acting through those who announced themselves as operational management , (Li Chang Xian and Felipe Carvalho)who were allegedly responsible for the daily operations, and financial management of Normet. Shareholders of the company are recorded in Hong Kong companies registry as
Li Wen Sheng of Chaoyang District Beijing
Li Chang Xian of Tongzhou District Beijing
Tsui Na of Yuen Long Hong Kong
Tsui Na was further registered as the company secretary
Li Wen Sheng and Li Chang Xian were registered as the directors of the company
Felipe Carvalho is described as having been the Director of Sourcing and Logistics for Normet group whilst Li Chang Xian is described as having founded Normet group in the description of their current roles ( Felipe Carvalho as COO ) at Ontario Mining Corporation (www.ontario-mining.com)
